    Frank Roselli, 38, and Mary Verna, 32, apply for a marriage license in Los Angeles 1900.

Is that the same Frankie Foster mentioned in Fratianno's book?? Something about him killing a reporter in Chicago??

Indeed it is the same Frankie Foster who was arrested in connection with the murder of Jake Lingle in Chicago. Foster spent a considerable amount of time in Los Angeles between 1926 and 1931 and was later arrested for robbing a jewelry store located in Rockefeller Center in New York in the late '30s.
