Michael Ray Harris walks free after a quarter century behind bars?

Early Tuesday, October 11, 2011 inmate D97083 was freed having served 23 1/2 years of a 28 year sentence for the attempted murder of James 'LC' Lester, a distant relative on June 11, 1987. Michael Ray Harris 'alternately known as Harry O' was met at the prison gates by two federal marshals a development which is sure to spark rumor and conjecture in and of itself. Harris obtained his release 2 years after a parole board agreed to release him. Harris's high profile legal battles with his ex-wife Lydia, Suge Knight and James Prince have been well documented here.

Michael Ray Harris ready to reclaim the entertainment empire he established while serving time.

As Michael Harris battled to reclaim a portion of the proceeds generated from his investment in Death Row and Rap-A-Lot Records, little attention was paid to some of the other lucrative enterprises and projects bearing his imprint. Among those ventures coincidentally was Heavyweight Records, a collaboration between rapper/actor Ice Cube his business partner Terry Carter and A&M Records. Playing a prominent role in the organization and launching of the joint venture label deal were A&M CEO and chairman Al Cafaro and senior executive John McClain. As you will recall McClain was a key figure in the Death Row saga. One of the most recognizable projects spawned from this venture was 'Players Club' a film written and directed by Ice Cube for New Line Cinema. Appearing in the film was actress Chrystale Wilson playing the role of a stripper. The labels co-founder was among the litany of industry executives who sought Harry O's council while he served his extended prison term. The aforementioned John McClain is credited with negotiating the original distribution deal between Harry O's Deathrow Records and Interscope. What other interesting tidbits might be revealed now that Michael Ray Harris is a free man?

Ernestina Green, Lydia Harris & Wilson.

Was Milken a rival of the Rothschild / Rockefeller operation as detailled in JI or another front?

Well consider the history of the firm Drexell, Burnham & Lambert. Nearly sunk by the passage of the Glass-Steagall Act in 1933, Drexel & Co., of Philadelphia hung on thanks to its history as an acknowledged Morgan operation. In 1966 the Drexell firm merged with Harriman Ripley & Co., and investment bank spun off by Brown Brothers Harriman in 1938. In 1970 Drexel merged with the Firestone Tire & Rubber Co., and received a $6 million infusion of cash. Shortly thereafter the firm entered into discussions which led to yet another merger this time with Burnham & Co., a company established in 1935 by I. W. (Tubby) Burnham II. Burnham launched his venture funded by a $100,000 loan secured from his grandfather a successful businessman who operated the distillery that produced I.W. Harper Bourbon. Burnham would purchase Drexel Firestone in 1971 creating a firm with $1 billion in funds under management. Michael Milken joined the firm shortly thereafter. So the history of the firm is linked to Morgan and therefore to the Rothschilds.

When I saw this on the news I was wondering if this would be tied in, or was he truly just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Interesting features emerge in the death of John Atterberry. Alicia Alligood, the young woman who broke up with Tyler Brehm shortly before his Rampage is an aspiring model with a degree in psychology. The aspiring psychologist/model coincidentally had a pending account on a modeling website which also featured a profile and link to a modeling related business run by Atterberry's girlfriend Sophia Holguin. Holguin "whose father own's a Rancho Cucamonga construction business," was a waitress at the same restaurant as Lana Clarkson, the actress/model/hostess killed in producer Phil Spector's home. Holguin testified in that case that Spector had his eye on her but instead she introduced Spector to Clarkson.

Ricardo "Kurupt Gotti Brown, an artist who occupied the post of Executive Vice President of Death Row Records announced that he reached an agreement with self-avowed Rollin 60 gang member Eugene "Big U" Henley aka Hannibal Muhammad of Uneek Music and Uneek Management [UM]. Henley has forged a number of ties to variety of entertainment figures such as the Game, Young Berg, Ving Rhames, Tiny Lister, Shortstop , Mishon & Mann. Uneek Management is one of the vehicles Henley has used in an effort to consolidate control of urban entertainment in Los Angeles. In addition to the addition of Brown "who assumed the name Young Gotti as an ode to imprisoned Rollin 60 shot caller and former Death Row Records A&R rep, Keith "Keitaroc" Parker," Henley is behind a group of West Coast rappers who've formed a coalition known as 1st Generation. Among those involved in the Uneek project are Kurupt, Mc Eiht and Chill, Jayo-Felony, Gangsta, King T., Sir Jinx and producer Kevin "Battlecat" Gilliam "the younger brother of Keitaroc associate Christopher "Big C-Style" Bowden. Battlecat's services were the subject of litigation between recently released financier Michael "Harry O" Harris and Suge Knight. Harris through a legal brief filed by his wife sought to recover royalties from projects Battlecat worked on while he was under contract with Harry O and his ex-wife Lydia.

      Marion H. Knight Jr.

It would appear as though Marion "Suge" Knight is still considered persona non-grata in Clark county Nevada. Knight was detained weeks ago on three outstanding traffic warrants and suspicion of marijuana possession. Knight was detained following a traffic stop near the Palms Hotel and Casino after a routine check revealed multiple outstanding traffic warrants one of which was for driving on a suspended out of state license. A subsequent search of his vehicle led to the discovery of less than an ounce of marijuana. Suge was later released after posting the $2,600 bail. He is reportedly engaged to a porn actress called Nella Jay.

I didn`t know where to add this but this seems like a good place as any. Was there a connection back to TR`s dope dealing and Mayor Daley of Chicago back in the day? Like the fifties. Dope-dealing mayors.

A letter containing incriminating evidence against James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond, a member of Intercope's A&R staff has surfaced apparently marking the retraction of Rosemond's protective status. Indicted in June on drug-trafficking charges Rosemond has remained in custody as his attorney Jeffrey Lichtman hasn't sought bail for his client, nor has he reviewed the evidence laid out in a discovery letter filed on September 12th in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn, N.Y. The letter contains accusations that between January 2010 and June 2011 members of an organization headed by Rosemond concealed drug shipments in "road cases" shipped from Los Angeles to New York. The same cases were used to secret return shipments of cash totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars shipped by Rockit Cargo Ltd. None of the corporate parties associated with Rockit Cargo, Interscope nor Interscope's parent company Vivendi SA Universal Music Group stand accused of participating in the endeavor but the question remains as to how members of the Rosemond organization gained access to Interscope's Los Angeles headquarters to drop off and retrieve the shipments of drugs and money. It is worth noting that Rosemond maintains links to members of the Rollin 60s and publicly bragged of his use of the gangs members to intimidate rapper Tupac Shakur during their highly publicized feud more than a decade ago.

The testimony of Winston Harris 'a lieutenant in a New York drug ring fronted by James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond,' sealed the fate of the former music industry operative. Rosemond was found guilty on 13 separate drug related counts in a trial that featured Harris's revelation that he had retrieved a box from the Beverly Hilton containing $500,000 drug related in funds. The trial featured allegations of Henchman's use of music-equipment cases to secret cash and drugs. Henchman has been linked to industry acts ranging from Salt & Pepper to Brandy, the sister of Ray J, Whitney Houston's alleged boyfriend/drug supplier.

5 months after Harry-O walked out of San Quentin, 50 year old Maurice Michael McCant, the former President and CEO of "Billionaire Catt Entertainment (BCE) pled guilty to running a pyramid scheme. The case began on March 11, 2011 when a federal grand jury in San Francisco indicted McCant on four counts of wire fraud. The indictment charged that McCant (from 2007 through 2009) solicited investors for his (BCE) venture promising a 30% return on their investment. McCant reportedly offered to pay all federal and state tax liabilities for two investors who liquidated their IRA's and turned the proceeds over to McCant. In total McCant stole more than $2,5000,000 from 10 investors and applied the funds to a series of mortgages and to pay his own personal expenses. It is also alledged that McCant also used the funds to pay other 'unidentified' investors their expected returns for investing in (BCE).

The saga concluded when Judge Susan Illston sentenced McCant to serve 3 years and 10 months in prison in August of 2012. Coincidentally 'perhaps' the McCant investigation concluded about the time he began to appear publicly with Lydia Harris. The time also coincides with a period of strife which saw Michael and Lydia square off in court over the $106,000,000 settlement they won as co-founders of Death Row.

I didn't mention the prosecution of McCant was conducted in conjunction with President Obama's Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force. This interagency Task Force was designed for "... aggressive, coordinated and proactive," investigation and prosecution of financial crimes. Comprised of representatives from federal agencies, regulatory authorities, inspector generals, state and local law enforcement officials, the task force is endowed with an impressive array of resources. These resources ensure the Task Force has sufficient authority to "investigate, prosecute and ensure just and effective punishment for those who perpetuate financial crimes..." and other offenses against lending and or financial markets.
