You know I got to ask you J: How does TR protect Terry Adams and Tony Grant? It`s obvious that Adams and Grant have somebody higher-up covering for them. Nobody could get away with that much and only do a few years in prison.

Grant is like the invisible man. Both Mike Levi and Margaret Bearde both eminent British criminologists have never heard of him. You didn`t think I would let an obvious loose end off that easy did you? Hehehehe.

You know Jiggy those books and magazines that I read years ago were the right things to read. I should have stuck with them!

It`s funny how some of this started by noticing a meet between Lansky and Cogwell. Man who would have thought this would go that deep. It bogles my mind to think that this laundering operation is this large.

You keep drawing blanks in your search because Tony Grant doesn't exist. It was a cover identity. As you are well aware if you search Tony Grant you won't find much as is the case with Hyman and or Herman Clebanoff, Hyman Grant, Herman Grant, Hyman, Herman and Tony Klebanov. You won't hit a match unless you determine the real first name and combine it with the right last name. Start by searching those known to have been linked to him and work forward. Try starting with Vincent Rizzo, Leopold Ledl, Monsignor Paul Marcinkus, that will give you a good ideal of where his cover came from. As for Adams, he is protected by the network that benefits from his activities in the form of the influx of cash that flows into the Euromarkets as a result of his illicit activities. This link was actually mentioned at his trial but quickly faded from memory. If you go back over the news items it is there. Two letters one number.

It`s humorous because a lot of the more interesting items here at LA Crimefile started out as mere sentences in books that I found like "Roselli" that`s were I found Kent Kane Parrot. Just one or two sentences. The same with Herrera just a few sentences in a "Time" magazine article.

You`re right most people are far too busy surviving to notice and take action. I`m thinking about touring San Berdoo by foot about Christmastime. Anything I need to notice? I`ve talked to several people in the Claremont area concerning SB and they agree with your posts on the gravity of the situation.

Good look J: So I was kinda right about being one of those international high finance/ white-collar types making all the right moves. One of those middle-ground types that I really like. Found him in that online book called "The Vatican Connection"

The more I look at this it seems like Grant was kind of a model for The Adams Brothers. Both were involved with jewelery heists, operated numerous dummy corporations and served as nominee in many of them as well as having protection by MI5. Maybe coincidence, maybe not.
